FESCO User Guide — Check, Download & Pay Your Electricity Bill
What is FESCO?
FESCO (Faisalabad Electric Supply Company) is the primary electricity distribution company serving central Punjab. It manages metering, billing, supply reliability and customer services for millions of residential and commercial consumers across eight districts. FESCO operates under NEPRA guidelines and works with national authorities to maintain supply stability and transparent billing practices.
How to Check FESCO Bill Online
To view your current FESCO bill instantly, visit an official FESCO billing portal (or the trusted PITC bill portal). Enter your 14-digit Reference Number or 10-digit Customer ID exactly as printed on your bill. The portal displays your bill amount, due date, meter reading and a 12-month payment history — ideal for verification and record keeping.
Tip: copy/paste the reference number without spaces. If the portal returns “not found”, re-check digits or try the Customer ID option.
Download & Print Duplicate Bill
Once your bill loads on the portal, use the Print button and choose Save as PDF to download an official duplicate. This PDF is accepted for bank payments and record keeping. For physical payment at banks, print a copy and present it at the designated bill collection counter.
Payment Methods (Online & Offline)
FESCO supports multiple secure payment channels: Internet banking, mobile wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa), over-the-counter bank payments, and ATM kiosks. Choose online options for instant confirmation. Always keep transaction receipts and reference numbers for dispute resolution.
FESCO Bill Calculator (Estimate)
The online bill calculator provides a fast estimate based on units consumed and current tariff slabs. Use it to plan usage and budget for the month. Remember, actual bills may differ due to monthly Fuel Price Adjustments (FPA), taxes or other surcharges applied by FESCO.
Helpline & Filing Complaints
If you face billing discrepancies, outages or meter faults, contact the FESCO helpline for quick assistance. Use the district-wise phone numbers for local issues or the chief helpline for urgent outages. When filing a complaint: note your reference number, describe the issue, and request a complaint ticket for follow-up.
Districts Covered by FESCO
FESCO serves Faisalabad, Sargodha, Jhang, Chiniot, Toba Tek Singh, Khushab, Bhakkar and Mianwali. Each district maintains local offices and designated contact numbers for quick, localized support.
SMS Service — Quick Bill Info
For instant bill details, send your 14-digit reference number via SMS to 8118 or 8119. The service replies with your current bill amount, due date and basic account info — handy when you’re away from a computer.
